I’m a certified coach & mentor, working with clients in order to challenge self-sabotaging belief systems, exploring destructive habits & unconscious emotional layers, while supporting them to build inner stability & resources.

What I am not: a therapist.
While this work has proven to be very effective in various fields of healing and growth, professional therapy is not what I am offering.

What is Holistic Mentoring?

In holistic mentoring we focus on the connection between the body and the mind to support personal growth, healing, and transformation. Unlike traditional coaching, which may focus primarily on mental or cognitive strategies, this approach integrates physical awareness, movement, and body-based practices into the process.

Space - Room to express and feel, what wants to be expressed and felt.

Mirror - A reflection of your conscious and subconscious expressions, working out behaviors, feelings or belief systems you might have been unaware you were harboring.

Radical Acceptance - Whatever you choose to bring into our session, I will meet you with presence, patience & kindness.

I’m a mirror to my client.
My job is, to keep the mirror clear.
I hold the room.
I don’t give directions, but I may suggest them.

In our initial session, we’ll identify the overall topics and goals, needs and desires we want to lay our focus on in the coming weeks. This step helps me understand where you’re headed and how I can best support you throughout this process.

Each session, biweekly or weekly, will begin with a short meditation. This helps us both arrive fully in the moment and set the tone for the time we are about to spend together.
From there we will start to gently inquire into an either pre-selected subject or a topic, emotion or situation that arises spontaneously and feels important to address.
We will always shape the sessions to meet your needs in that very moment.

Much of this work involves visualisation, paired with close observation of sensations in the emotional and physical body. By giving these feelings space to expand and be fully felt, we create an opportunity for healing and release.

In this process I will be working with you in close collaboration by offering suggestions, asking the right questions and reflecting your experiences back to you. This collaborative approach helps us navigate the deeper, sometimes hidden, parts of your inner world together.
As we gently wrap up each session, we’ll close with a recap for you to take away as much as possible from our time spent, discuss a homework and talk about what the topic for our next session could be.


The process of mentoring is a collaborative experience.
Your willingness and input will create the foundation for our work together,
while my guidance, assisted through specific tools and practices,
will gently support you in going deeper.

Every online session ranges between 75 to 90 minutes.
Ideally you can set aside 15 - 20 minutes after our session, in order to integrate
and write down revelations from our previous session.

This work is a gradual process.
Every session is designed to strengthen your feeling of trust and to
expand the range of emotions felt, step by step.
This way, over time, we will create more awareness for yourself and build resources
that will support you in your daily life.

We will carefully observe your process together, while I support you with
all my presence and friendship.
